You can drive, and the road is a pleasant one from either Athens or Patras. If you would rather not, you can fly from Athens to Kalamata, or take the KTEL bus, which leaves Athens daily. We are happy to talk you through the last stretch of the route before you set off.

Selana Studios sits at the water, a few steps above the pebbled beach, and the studios take two to four people. Selana View is seventy metres up, about five minutes away by car, with larger apartments for two to six and a long view over the bay. Guests at Selana View are welcome to use the pool down at the studios.

Each one has a kitchenette stocked with breakfast essentials, a modern bathroom with a shower cabin, air conditioning and a balcony facing the sea. The apartments at Selana View have a full kitchen. Everything is built in local stone and furnished in the traditional style of the Mani.

Yes, and it is a good time to be here. The studios have a fireplace and central heating, so they are comfortable through the winter months as well as the warm ones.

There is free parking on site at both properties.

Areopolis is eleven kilometres away, about fifteen minutes on the coast road. It has tavernas, a bakery, shops and the bus service, and it is the usual first stop for anyone staying with us.
